AI-Powered Program Management

Programs that actually move.

Driving AI-powered execution, real visibility, and program outcomes leadership can actually see.

About Strigid Project Management

Most program management playbooks haven't caught up to how work actually gets done today.

  • Organizations are either operating without a dedicated PM function or running on manual status updates built for a pre-AI world.

  • Program Managers are left to navigate AI adoption with little real guidance — filtering through advice written by people who have never actually delivered a complex program.

StrigidPM was built to close that gap from both directions: providing hands-on program leadership for organizations that need execution, and practical, AI-ready tools for program managers modernizing their own practice. Both offerings stem from the same 20-year foundation of enterprise delivery — backed by PMP, Prosci, and Lean Six Sigma discipline — and powered by custom AI workflows built and refined inside live programs.

About Kristen

I'm Kristen Egziabher, Founder & Principal Consultant of StrigidPM.I spent twenty years inside company operations before I ever pitched a business on hiring me from outside one. That distinction matters. I don't consult from theoretical frameworks I read in a textbook — I consult from enterprise programs I actually ran, including the ones that went sideways before they went right. My career spans fintech, multi-unit restaurant operations, fleet management, and government contracting. Different industries, same pattern: a critical initiative needed to land, and someone had to make it happen. Here's what that track record looks like in practice — and what it means for your business.

01. Scaling a Strategic Revenue Driver from Scratch

The Business Outcome: Exceeded revenue referral targets six weeks ahead of schedule and established an enterprise coordination framework built to scale through FY29.

  • The Story: I led the end-to-end execution of a major cross-sell initiative designed to drive net revenue retention (NRR). Because no tooling existed, my team and I built the initial engine by hand — referral tracking, consultative sales training, QA scorecards, and lead attribution. When adoption stalled, I directed a targeted rep incentive push and had real-time prompt scripts built into our QA tools. When outsourced international sites dipped in quality, I drove the decision to pull them from the program mid-flight — facilitating alignment, keeping leadership informed, and holding the sites accountable for progress — then led the rollout of a peer-coaching model to rebuild performance site by site.

  • Why this matters for you today: I don't just keep projects on schedule — I align cross-functional teams (sales, ops, tech, QA) around hard revenue outcomes, navigate performance roadblocks on the fly, and build scalable systems that outlast my involvement.

02. Safeguarding High-Value Accounts through Service Governance

The Business Outcome: Restructured service delivery for the top 5% of revenue-generating customers, eliminating margin-draining custom arrangements and protecting high-tier retention.

  • The Story:Access to top-tier support was ungoverned — sales was giving it away to close deals, clogging operations with unmanageable, ultra-customized plans. I led the effort to fix it: negotiating a strict, revenue-based qualification bar across sales, marketing, and revenue operations, auditing thousands of accounts, and making the tough calls on who stayed and who dropped off. I then led the redesign of our call, chat, and email routing, directed staffing of the premium tier with our top-performing reps, and stood up a segmented 1% / 2% / 3–5% support model so VIP clients kept working with reps who knew their business.

  • Why this matters for you today: I have the backbone to handle sensitive, high-stakes operational changes, mediate cross-departmental friction, and build customer delivery systems that protect your profit margins.

03. Building Usable PM Governance (Systems Builder, Not Process Bureaucrat)

The Business Outcome: Established the support organization's first standardized PM framework and project hub, elevating the team from "paper pushers" to strategic partners.

  • The Story:The PMO lacked consistency and credibility — executives saw PMs as administrative overhead, and process adoption was low. Knowing leadership had little appetite for heavy process, I built a lightweight framework mapped directly to our process excellence lead's methodology. I designed a single-hub project workbook replacing scattered documents, tested templates directly with the teams receiving them (IT, data, L&D), and iterated on the design when users found the initial version too complex.

  • Why this matters for you today: I build right-sized governance tailored to your company culture. You get the structure and visibility you need without forcing your team into heavy, bureaucratic process drag they'll end up ignoring.

Facing a complex operational challenge or a stalled strategic initiative?Let's discuss how we can apply these same systems to your business.

Why Hire StrigidPM

StrigidPM provides direct, single-point-of-accountability program leadership — taking ownership for making critical initiatives actually land.Bringing in external program leadership is a significant investment of budget, time, and trust. To make that investment pay off, you need a partner built for your exact operational reality. StrigidPM is built for organizations navigating those realities:

  • The Operational Gap: You don't have a dedicated PMO, and strategic work is stalling in people's inboxes because no one owns it end-to-end.

  • The High-Stakes Milestone: You have one massive initiative this year — a system migration, re-org, or product launch — that's too critical to hand to someone already juggling a full-time job.

  • The Growth Ceiling: You've outgrown founder-led project management, but hiring a full-time executive PM isn't the right financial or operational move yet.

Here's why putting that investment into StrigidPM delivers maximum value for your organization.

One project. My full attention.

When I take on an engagement, it isn't squeezed between competing internal priorities — it is the priority. Initiatives usually stall not from bad planning, but because the team assigned to them keeps getting pulled back into daily firefighting and other initiatives competing for the same hours. When you hire StrigidPM, you get someone whose sole mandate is crossing the finish line. Momentum doesn't die between meetings; it builds.

Twenty years of diverse, hard-won program management expertise.

I've run programs long enough to recognize the fifth version of a problem even if it's the first time it's appeared in your organization — the contract clause that creates a headache in month six, the rollout that fails because change management was an afterthought, or the process that looks great on paper but collapses the first time three departments have to use it together. As a PMP, Prosci-certified change practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma trained professional, my instincts are grounded in proven discipline, not trial and error.

Budgets and timelines that actually hold.

I scope engagements the way I'd want a project handed to me: with crystal clarity on what's in, what's out, and what triggers a new conversation about the budget. Scope creep doesn't happen by accident — it happens when nobody's watching for it. By catching these types of risks myself before they multiply, I keep your board updates, budget reviews, and leadership meetings predictable and surprise-free.

What "AI-powered" actually means here.

"AI-powered" gets thrown around loosely, so here's what it actually means in my practice: I use custom AI workflows and prompt libraries to compress administrative overhead — drafting status updates, converting meeting notes into action items, and automating dashboards. That frees up the high-value hours you're paying me for to go toward actual strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and complex problem-solving. You get the benefit of faster execution without having to learn how to use AI or build these workflows yourself.

An honest read, outside the org chart.

Internal teams are often bound by legacy habits or office politics. As an independent partner, I offer objective clarity. I can say what everyone suspects but hasn't voiced — that an approval process has six unnecessary steps, or that the methodology forced onto a ten-person team was built for an enterprise. Being outside the org chart isn't a limitation; it's what makes radical clarity and fast decision-making possible.

Systems that outlast the engagement.

I don't build client dependency. Every engagement leaves behind sustainable infrastructure — a governance framework your team actually uses, practical templates, and repeatable workflows that survive your next three initiatives. The true measure of my work isn't just how smoothly things ran while I was there, but how smoothly they run six months after I leave.

High accountability, low friction.

My success is tied directly to yours. There's no recruitment drag, no lengthy onboarding, and no long-term balance sheet commitment. You get executive-level program leadership starting now, without adding fixed headcount. That's not just operational convenience — it's what shapes how I engage on the work, from how carefully I scope it to how seriously I take a deadline that's still six weeks out. I earn my seat at the table every week by delivering measurable progress. In return, you get the full benefit of my capabilities, plus the financial and operational flexibility that comes with an engagement built around results instead of overhead.
